🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the potatoes
- Peel potatoes
- Boil in salted water 7 minutes only (half cooked)

- Slice into medium rounds

- onion (half only)

- Add cream + milk
- Add nutmeg, salt, pepper
- Simmer 2 minutes (do NOT thicken too much)
4️⃣ Assemble
Grease baking dish
Layer in this order:
Potatoes → meatballs → onion → sauce → cheese
Repeat layers
Finish with cheese on top
5️⃣ Bake
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 35–40 minutes
Top becomes golden
Inside becomes creamy and soft
Rest 10 minutes before cutting (very important!)
