Step 1: Cook the Filling

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan.
  2. Cook ground meat until browned.

  4. Add cabbage, carrot, green onion.
  5. Stir fry 3–4 minutes (do not overcook).
  6. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, sesame oil.
  7. Cool completely before wrapping.

Step 2: Wrap Egg Rolls (Formation)

  1. Place wrapper like a diamond shape.
  2. Add 2 tbsp filling near bottom corner.
  3. Fold bottom over filling.
  4. Fold both sides inward.
  5. Roll tightly upward.
  6. Seal edge with egg wash.

Step 3: Fry

  1. Heat oil to 175°C / 350°F.
  2. Fry 3–4 rolls at a time.
  3. Cook 3–5 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Drain on paper towel.
