📝 Ingredients
- 6 mozzarella cheese slices 🧀
- 1 ½ cups cooked chicken (shredded or grilled) 🍗
- ¼ cup cooked bacon pieces 🥓
- 1 tbsp low-carb ranch dressing
- 1 tsp finely sliced green onion
- Optional: black pepper or chili flakes
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Place mozzarella slices flat on the tray, leaving space between each slice.
- Bake for 5–7 minutes until edges start to bubble and lightly brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 1 minute (so they become flexible).
- Add shredded chicken in the center of each slice.
- Sprinkle bacon on top.
- Drizzle a small amount of ranch dressing.
- Sprinkle green onions.
- Fold or roll the cheese into bite-size wraps.
- Return to oven for 2–3 minutes until melty and warm.
Serve hot!
